A/N: I had a lot of feels, so I tried to write them out in fanfic form. Another one of those “Razer turns into a Blue Lantern” fics. Enjoy!
……………..It was on some uninhabited planet out in the recesses of space somewhere that Razer ran out of power.
He felt the flickering of his ring long before that, but he hadn’t taken the time to stop and recharge. He spent every waking second of his being searching the cosmos for a hint— just a single hint—that Aya still existed somewhere. He knew somewhere deep in his very soul that it was true and after believing her lost too many times already, he wasn’t about to give up on her once again. Not anymore.

Asami sat at the edge of a river she did not know the name of, tracing squiggling pictures with her toes, ripples that vanishing almost before they were seen. The night wrapped around her, its quiet sounds comforting. She took long, calming breaths of the sweet air. The air of a world that was still in one piece.
When she ran away from home, she never expected to live through such peril, or gain such a joy from just being alive on a living world. But now she knew that this was something she could never take advantage of. And so she relished the feel of the grass blanes she had trapped in her fists, and tried not to feel lonely. Because lonely felt ungrateful when out there, there was a family and girlfriend mourning the loss of someone dear. What right did she have to feel lonely?

Artemis sighed, falling back against Wally’s chest as she brushed the empty Chinese takeaway carton off of her stomach and onto the floor. The hour was late and the apartment was a mess (can’t leave him for five minutes) and the only thing on television at this godforsaken hour was reruns of “Murder She Wrote”, but she was far too comfortable sprawled across the sofa in Wally’s too-large clothes with Wally cushioning her. God knows, she’d missed this.
